Mixing and homogenization of

Solid absorption with liquids, resulting in a solid or semi-solid product with great fluidity and without any lumps.
We ensure perfect homogenization in products, even with a percentage below 1 for some of its components. Likewise, we can perform pre-mixing of minority components when the product requires it.
We have different types of mixers with different capacities:

We have sifters at the end of the mixing line to ensure the quality of the final product. Our internal quality system controls, measures, and verifies all phases of the process, from the reception of raw materials to the dispatch of the finished product, with special control of CCP.
Our semi-automatic packaging lines allow us to adapt to the needs of our clients.
Being able to package in different formats, according to your needs:

Mixing batches can be from a minimum of 25kg to 3000 kg of production, depending on the density of the product.
